If you are unable to connect, or if you are experiencing high latency or frequent disconnects while playing the game, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Before trying any of the following steps, check theĀ BlizzardCS Twitter. If the service is offline, try again later. If the servers are available, or if your game doesn't have a Service Status page, continue troubleshooting.

  1. Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
  2. Release and renew your IP and flush your DNS to resolve any network conflicts.
  3. Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
  4. If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
  5. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
Advanced Troubleshooting
  1. Old network card drivers and settings may affect your connection in our games. Try troubleshooting your network card.
  2. If you're using a VPN, try removing it.
  3. Disable any proxies that may interfere with the login module.
  4. Check your power management settings and make sure they're set to High Performance.
  5. Old firmware on your modem and router can cause issues with complex game connections. Visit the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to apply firmware updates.
