Can't Turn in The Call For Allies Because Quest NPC is Missing
Common Problems
- The turn in NPC is not at the Embassy
- I am unable to turn in the quest The Call for Allies
This quest can be picked up by multiple characters, but only needs to be completed by one. If you've done it once, the Embassy will be phased, and the quest can simply be abandoned.
